DistrictPro Package

Designed for the district implementation, DistrictPro provides administrators with the necessary professional services to effectively plan and manage small- to medium-sized district requirements resulting in successfully implemented AutoSkill intervention programs.

Onsite Implementation Planning

Experienced implementation experts work with district and building administrators to ensure that the goals of the program are understood, defined, documented and communicated, and that the rollout is well-planned.

  • Enable requirements gathering in order to design the optimal implementation, review any barriers or limitations, and establish specific objectives for training and ongoing support to meet achievement targets
  • Ensure teachers have clear objectives at the outset of the program to help them to understand their role in the success of the implementation
  • Set administrators’ expectations at the outset to make sure that the commitment, usage and results are in line with district or building goals

Introductory Training

Successful implementations begin with expert training. Certified training experts provide teachers with an overview of the programs, and assist them in getting students enrolled and ready to start training. Includes 10 manuals per product.

  • Get a thorough background in the instructional approach
  • Learn to model student training in a live startup environment
  • Learn best practices at the beginning of the program ensuring that it is off to the best start
  • Protect and maximize the investment the school has made in AutoSkill intervention programs

Onsite Consultations

Two onsite consultations are recommended per school. The first consultation occurs two to six weeks after students begin to use the AutoSkill intervention programs, and the next should occur two to six months later. A certified training expert follows up with teachers to ensure that students are progressing optimally through the programs. Teachers learn how to make program modifications to deal with exceptional students. Teachers learn how to use program reports and data to measure student progress and remediate problems.

  • Discuss progress against program objectives to adjust where necessary
  • Gain practical, on-the-job training in effective program management and the creation of strategies to improve student and teacher engagement

Remote Consultations

Two to six weeks after student training begins, teachers can discuss their early results and review student progress with a certified training expert, who can recommend modifications and tips for improving results. Includes two remote sessions.

  • Give teachers access to training experts to troubleshoot issues, ask questions, and make changes early in the program
  • Ensure teachers have the information and strategies they need to get top results

Interim & Year-end Report Cards

Reports provide teachers and administrators with summary usage and progress data against program goals, based on student training in Academy of READING® and Academy of MATH®. Includes recommendations for mid-year adjustments and considerations for next year’s programs.

  • Use progress data to adjust instruction in the next session and highlight areas for improvement
  • Use mid-year data to ensure that programs stay on track and objectives are met for the year

In addition, optional service modules are available to customize specific services that provide leaders and staff with a mix of training, strategies and tools to effectively facilitate and monitor implementations of the Academy Suite.
