These key individuals receive master level training, mentoring and coaching by AutoSkill’s expert trainers. Shadowing and modeling continues over year two, with the program designed to reduce dependency on external trainers. By year three, knowledge transfer is complete and district staff are taking the lead in supporting schools within the district.
- Deliver district-wide student achievement in reading and math programs
- Manage ongoing professional development costs effectively by leveraging internal resources
